All of our properties increase in value immediately after our renovation. Then after we have proven our rental revenue, we sell it to return profits to our investors.
After all expenses are paid, quarterly distributions go out to investors.

To ensure you’re investment is earning a return immediately we invest your funds into hard money lenders and joint ventures.
Our partners allow these funds to be liquid so we can earn returns immediately but acquire properties as soon as we find them.
